Nur77 Antibody (C-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Nur77 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Nur77 antibody (C-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nur77, also known as NR4A1 or Testicular receptor 3, is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily and plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in response to growth factors and cellular stress. Nur77 is primarily located in the nucleus, where this protein functions as a transcription factor that can modulate the expression of genes involved in cell survival, differentiation, and apoptosis. Nuclear localization of Nur77 is essential for its role in T cell receptor-mediated apoptosis, as this protein interacts with specific DNA sequences and recruits other transcriptional co-regulators.
