NUDT3/4/10/11 Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NUDT3/4/10/11 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUDT3/4/10/11 (B-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The NUDT proteins, part of the nudix hydrolase family, play crucial roles in cellular signaling and metabolism by hydrolyzing nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. Specifically, NUDT3 acts as a negative regulator of the ERK 1/2 signaling pathway, which is vital for cell proliferation and differentiation, thereby influencing various physiological processes. Additionally, NUDT4 is involved in the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphate Ap6A, further contributing to the regulation of signaling pathways. NUDT10, a manganese-dependent polyphosphate phosphohydrolase, metabolizes diadenosine polyphosphates and diphosphoinositol polyphosphates, highlighting the diverse functional roles of these proteins in cellular homeostasis. The close relationship between NUDT10 and NUDT11, differing by only a single amino acid, suggests potential overlapping functions and regulatory mechanisms within the nudix hydrolase family.
