    NUDT10 Antibody (4B7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b light chain antibody that detects NUDT10 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUDT10, also known as APS2 or DIPP3α, is a crucial member of the Nudix hydrolase family, which plays a significant role in cellular metabolism by hydrolyzing nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. NUDT10 functions as a manganese-dependent polyphosphate phosphohydrolase, with optimal activity at pH 8.5, and is particularly important for metabolizing diadendosine-polyphosphates and diphosphoinositol polyphosphates. NUDT10 localizes in the cytoplasm and is predominantly expressed in brain and liver tissues, while also found in prostate, testis, ovary, kidney, pancreas, placenta, spleen, lung, and heart, indicating widespread importance in various physiological processes. NUDT10 is closely related to NUDT11, differing by only a single amino acid, which highlights evolutionary conservation of function. Anti-NUDT10 antibody (4B7) serves as an essential tool for researchers studying the intricate roles of this protein in cellular signaling and metabolism.
