    SEE ALSO...

Nucleostemin Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Nucleostemin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Nucleostemin, also known as Nucleolar GTP-binding protein 3, plays a crucial role in the regulation of cell proliferation, particularly in stem cells, where anti-Nucleostemin antibody (F-5) shows predominant expression in the nucleoli of adult central nervous system stem cells, primitive bone marrow cells, and embryonic stem cells, as well as in various cancer cell lines. Nucleostemin is essential for maintaining the proliferative capacity of stem cells, as overexpression or depletion can significantly impact cell growth. Nucleostemin shuttles between the nucleus and the nucleolus, indicating involvement in critical cellular processes. Notably, the gene encoding Nucleostemin is located on chromosome 3p21.1, and dysregulation has been linked to the growth regulation of several cancers, including liver and gastric cancer, highlighting importance as a potential therapeutic target. Nucleostemin monoclonal antibody (F-5) serves as a valuable tool for researchers investigating stem cell biology and cancer progression.
