Nucleobindin Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects nucleobindin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-nucleobindin antibody (D-8) is available as the non-conjugated form. Nucleobindin, also known as Nuc or Calnuc, is a secreted protein that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in promoting the production of DNA-specific antibodies in lupus-prone MRL/lpr mice, highlighting its significance in autoimmune disorders.
