NTR3 Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NTR3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NTR3 (G-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NTR3 protein, also known as neurotensin receptor 3, plays a crucial role in mediating neurotensin effects, a neuropeptide involved in numerous physiological processes. Located primarily in central nervous system and peripheral tissues, NTR3 is essential for neurotransmission modulation and has been implicated in various functions such as pain regulation, metabolic control, and gastrointestinal motility.
