    NTF2 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects NTF2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NTF2 (B-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NTF2 plays a crucial role in nuclear transport, specifically in protein import into the nucleus. NTF2 functions as a homodimer that interacts with nucleoporins, such as p62, which are essential components of the nuclear pore complex. This interaction facilitates recognition and docking of import substrates at the nuclear pore, ensuring efficient protein transport into the nucleus. Proper functioning of NTF2 and associated proteins maintains cellular homeostasis and regulates gene expression, as disruption in nuclear transport can lead to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
