NTAL Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NTAL in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-NTAL antibody (F-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Furthermore, defects in the gene encoding NTAL can lead to the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular abnormalities associated with the rare developmental disorder Williams-Beuren syndrome, highlighting NTAL′s critical role in both immune function and developmental processes.
