NT5C3L Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NT5C3L protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NT5C3L (A-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NT5C3L, also known as 5′-nucleotidase, cytosolic III-like, is a 292 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotides into nucleosides and phosphates. This enzymatic activity maintains nucleotide homeostasis within cells, supporting DNA and RNA synthesis, energy metabolism, and signal transduction. NT5C3L plays a key role in lymphocytes by helping regulate immune responses. As part of the pyrimidine 5′-nucleotidase family, NT5C3L functions as both a nucleotidase and phosphotransferase, highlighting its importance in cellular metabolism.
