    SEE ALSO...

NRIP Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NRIP protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NRIP (B-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NRIP protein, also known as IQWD1, MSTP055, ARCAP, or PC326, is an 860 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role as a ligand-dependent coactivator of nuclear receptors, enhancing transcriptional activity of androgen receptor and glucocorticoid receptor. NRIP protein is primarily localized in the nucleus and is expressed in tissues such as testis, skeletal muscle, prostate, and heart, where NRIP protein is involved in regulating gene expression in response to hormonal signals. NRIP protein contains one IQ domain and seven WD-repeats, which are structural motifs that contribute to its function in various cellular processes, including chromatin assembly, cell cycle control, and signal transduction. These WD-repeats facilitate protein-protein interactions, allowing NRIP protein to participate in complex regulatory networks essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to external stimuli. NRIP protein exists in three isoforms generated through alternative splicing, which may provide functional diversity and adaptability in different cellular contexts.
