Nrarp Antibody (C-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Nrarp protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Nrarp antibody (C-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nrarp protein, or NOTCH-regulated ankyrin repeat protein, consists of 114 amino acids and features two ankyrin repeats, which are critical for protein-protein interactions. This structural characteristic is essential as Nrarp interacts with various signaling pathways, particularly those related to the Notch signaling cascade, which is vital for cell differentiation and development. The gene encoding Nrarp is located on human chromosome 9, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and familial dysautonomia. Understanding Nrarp′s role and interactions can provide insights into developmental processes and potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to aberrant Notch signaling.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Nrarp (C-12): sc-515015?

Asked by: TinTin
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
