Nrarp Antibody (C-12) is a high quality monoclonal Nrarp antibody (also designated Nrarp antibody) suitable for the detection of the Nrarp protein of mouse, rat and human origin. Nrarp Antibody (C-12) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-Nrarp antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-Nrarp antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nrarp (NOTCH-regulated ankyrin repeat protein) is a 114 amino acid protein that contains two ANK repeats and is thought to play a role in the formation of somites. The gene encoding Nrarp maps to human chromosome 9, which contains 145 million base pairs and comprises 4% of the human genome, encoding nearly 900 genes. Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and Familial dysautonomia are both associated with chromosome 9. Notably, chromosome 9 encompasses the largest interferon family gene cluster. Chromosome 9 is partnered with chromosome 22 in translocations that lead to the aberrant production of a BCR-ABL fusion protein often found in leukemias.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Nrarp (C-12): sc-515015?
Asked by: TinTin
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here:
