NPR-B Antibody (1E4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects NPR-B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NPR-B antibody (1E4) is available as the non-conjugated format. NPR-B, also known as Guanylate cyclase B, plays a crucial role in cardiovascular and renal homeostasis by mediating the effects of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP).
