Notch1 Antibody (mN1A) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody developed to detect Notch1, also known as Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 1, in mouse, rat, and human samples via western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Notch1 is a single-pass transmembrane receptor that plays a pivotal role in cell fate determination during embryonic and adult development. Upon binding to its ligands, such as Jagged1, Jagged2, and Delta-like proteins, Notch1 undergoes proteolytic cleavage, releasing its intracellular domain, which translocates to the nucleus to regulate gene expression.
