Nop10 Antibody (6H6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects the Nop10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Nop10 antibody (6H6) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. Nop10, also known as NOLA3 (nucleolar protein family A member 3), is a 64 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in the nucleolus and Cajal bodies, where it is a key component of the multi-protein H/ACA small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (H/ACA snoRNP) complex. This complex is vital for the biogenesis of ribosomes and the maintenance of telomeres, as it facilitates the proper processing and trafficking of the telomerase reverse transcriptase holoenzyme. The importance of Nop10 extends to its involvement in the regulation of RNA modifications, which are essential for the stability and functionality of ribosomal RNA.
