NMBR Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NMBR protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NMBR (G-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NMBR protein, a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of neuromedin B, a potent mitogen and growth factor essential for proliferation and maintenance of gastrointestinal epithelial tissues as well as normal and neoplastic lung tissues. NMBR expression in various brain regions and digestive tract highlights its importance in neuroendocrine signaling and gastrointestinal function. NMBR gene is located on chromosome 6q24.1, and its integral membrane structure allows for effective binding and signal transduction, making NMBR a significant target for research in cancer biology and gastrointestinal disorders.
