nm23-H7 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects nm23-H7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). nm23-H7 (B-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. nm23-H7, also known as NME7 (non-metastatic cells 7), is a 376 amino acid protein that features one DM10 domain and belongs to the nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) family. nm23-H7 plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism by catalyzing the ATP-dependent synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates, which are vital for energy transfer and signaling within cells. Proper functioning of nm23-H7 is essential for maintaining cellular energy levels and supporting various metabolic pathways, making nm23-H7 a significant player in processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation. nm23-H7 is encoded on human chromosome 1, a region rich in genes and associated with numerous diseases, including various cancers and genetic disorders. Aberrations in chromosome 1 can lead to significant health implications, underscoring the importance of studying nm23-H7 in both normal physiology and disease contexts.
