Nkx-2.2 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Nkx-2.2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Nkx-2.2 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nkx-2.2 plays a crucial role in pancreas development, particularly in insulin-producing beta cell differentiation.
