NKG2-D Antibody (5C6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NKG2-D protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-NKG2-D antibody (5C6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NKG2-D protein plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the activation of natural killer (NK) cells and certain T cells, by recognizing stress-induced ligands such as MICA, which are often overexpressed in tumor cells.
