NK-1R Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NK-1R protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NK-1R (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The neurokinin-1 receptor (NK-1R), also known as the substance P receptor, is a critical component of the tachykinin receptor family, which includes NK-2 and NK-3 receptors. NK-1R is primarily located in the central and peripheral nervous systems, where NK-1R plays a significant role in mediating pain, anxiety, and depression.
