NF45 Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NF45 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NF45, also known as ILF2, is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in gene expression by forming a heterodimer with NF90 (ILF3). The NF45/NF90 complex is involved in regulating interleukin-2 (IL-2) expression, which is vital for T cell activation and proliferation.
