neuroligin 1 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects neuroligin 1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-neuroligin 1 antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Neuroligin 1 is a crucial member of the neuroligin family, which consists of plasma membrane proteins characterized by a unique structure that includes an N-terminal hydrophobic domain, a large esterase homology domain, a single transmembrane region, a short cytoplasmic domain, and an EF-hand binding domain. This structural configuration is vital as neuroligin 1 facilitates synaptic function and plasticity.
