NELF-E Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NELF-E of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-NELF-E antibody (F-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NELF-E, or negative elongation factor E, plays a crucial role as a component of the NELF complex, which is essential for the regulation of RNA polymerase II elongation during transcription. NELF-E is located in the nucleus, where NELF-E interacts with other transcription factors to modulate the transcriptional process.
