Nek1 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Nek1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Nek1 (E-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nek1 protein plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, particularly in the transition from G2 to M phase, which is essential for proper mitotic entry and cell division. This regulation is vital for maintaining genomic stability and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation, which can lead to tumorigenesis.
