NDRG3 Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NDRG3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NDRG3 antibody (H-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NDRG3 protein, part of the N-myc downstream regulated gene family, is primarily expressed in the testis, prostate, and ovary, indicating potential involvement in spermatogenesis and reproductive functions. NDRG3 (H-11) antibody recognizes a protein known to interact with several proteins, including tumor suppressor p53 and cell cycle regulator cyclin D1, suggesting a critical role in cellular processes such as growth regulation and apoptosis. Understanding these interactions provides insights into mechanisms of cancer progression and fertility issues.
