NCoA-3 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects NCoA-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NCoA-3, also known as RAC3, ACTR, AIB-1, and p/CIP, plays a crucial role as a transcriptional coactivator that interacts with steroid hormone receptors, thereby influencing gene expression in response to hormonal signals. NCoA-3 is particularly significant in cancer biology, as NCoA-3 is often overexpressed in estrogen receptor-positive ovarian and breast cancers, contributing to transcriptional activation of p300/CBP-dependent transcription factors.
