NALP1 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NALP1 protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NALP1 (F-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The NACHT-, LRR-, and PYD-containing protein 1 (NALP1), also known as caspase recruitment domain protein 7, plays a crucial role in the innate immune response as a key component of the inflammasome. NALP1 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where NALP1 forms cytoplasmic structures known as death effector filaments, which are essential for the recruitment of caspases and the activation of pro-caspase-9 in response to cellular stress or infection.
