N-SMase Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects N-SMase protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). N-SMase monoclonal antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. N-SMase protein plays a crucial role in sphingolipid metabolism, particularly in sphingomyelin hydrolysis to generate ceramide, a bioactive lipid functioning as a second messenger in numerous cellular signaling pathways.
