N-cadherin Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects N-cadherin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). N-cadherin Antibody (H-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. N-cadherin plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, particularly in the nervous system, where N-cadherin is essential for the formation and maintenance of synapses and the overall architecture of neural tissues.
