Myosin VIIa Antibody (C-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Myosin VIIa protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Myosin VIIa antibody (C-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Myosin VIIa plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in cilia formation and maintenance, which are essential for cell signaling and movement. Proper cilia functioning is vital for various physiological processes, including sensory perception and fluid movement across epithelial surfaces.
