Myosin Id Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Myosin Id protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Myosin Id antibody (H-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Myosin Id (MYO1D) plays a critical role in cellular processes by facilitating transport of organelles and vesicles along actin filaments, which is essential for maintaining cellular organization and function. MYO1D monoclonal antibody (H-1) contributes to studying transport of synaptic vesicles in neurons, influencing neurotransmitter release and synaptic plasticity. Myosin Id is expressed in various tissues, with highest levels found in brain, followed by lung and ovary, highlighting significance in both neural and reproductive functions.
