MYL9/MYL12A/B Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects myosin light chain proteins, specifically MYL9, MYL12A, and MYL12B, in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MYL9/MYL12A/B (E-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates.
