    Myeloid Marker Antibody (BM-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Myeloid Marker protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). Myeloid Marker monoclonal antibody (BM-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Myeloid cells, which originate in the bone marrow during hematopoiesis, play a crucial role in the immune response and are essential for the body′s defense against pathogens. These cells encompass all hematopoietic cells except for lymphoid cells, such as T cells, B cells, natural killer cells, and dendritic cells. Myeloid Marker (BM-1) antibody helps identify and differentiate myeloid lineage cells, which can further differentiate into various cell types, including vascular endothelial cells. This differentiation is vital for maintaining vascular integrity and responding to inflammatory signals. Additionally, Myeloid Marker expression can be instrumental in tracking certain diseases, such as Kawasaki disease, a self-limited vasculitis that affects multiple organs, including the skin, mucous membranes, lymph nodes, blood vessel walls, and heart. Myeloid Marker (BM-1) monoclonal antibody′s versatility in various applications makes this product an invaluable tool for researchers studying myeloid cell biology and related pathologies.
