MTUS1 Antibody (31-Y) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects MTUS1 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MTUS1, also known as mitochondrial tumor suppressor 1 or ATIP (angiotensin-II type 2 receptor-interacting protein), plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and tumor suppression, particularly in hepatocellular carcinoma. MTUS1 is predominantly expressed in brain tissues and features a large coiled-coil domain along with two leucine zipper motifs, which are essential for interactions with other proteins.
