MTHFD2 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects MTHFD2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MTHFD2, also known as NMDMC, is a crucial bifunctional protein composed of 350 amino acids, playing a vital role in the interconversion of tetrahydrofolate derivatives, which are essential for the synthesis of purine, methionine, and thymidylate.
