mrnp41 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects mrnp41 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-mrnp41 antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. mrnp41, also known as Rae1 protein homolog and mRNA export factor, consists of 368 amino acids and plays a crucial role in binding and transporting mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Primarily localized at the nuclear pore complex within the nuclear envelope, mrnp41 is essential for proper export of poly(A)-containing mRNA; mutations can lead to mRNA accumulation in the nucleus, highlighting mrnp41′s importance in nucleocytoplasmic transport. Furthermore, mrnp41 interacts with Nup98 to regulate E-cadherin, which is vital for the anaphase-promoting complex, thereby preventing securin degradation and suggesting a role in maintaining chromosomal stability. Additionally, during mitosis, mrnp41 is required alongside NuMA for bipolar spindle formation, underscoring mrnp41′s significance in cell division and overall cellular integrity.
