MRCKβ Antibody (Y-2D13) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects MRCKβ in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MRCKβ, a member of the myotonic dystrophy kinase-related Cdc42-binding kinases family, plays a crucial role in regulating actin dynamics and cellular motility by phosphorylating nonmuscle myosin light chains, which in turn influences actin-myosin contractility.
