MPDZ Antibody (43) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MPDZ protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). MPDZ protein, also known as multiple PDZ domain protein or MUPP1, is a 2,042 amino acid peripheral membrane protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and structural organization. MPDZ (43) monoclonal antibody localizes predominantly on the apical membrane of epithelial choroid plexus cells, where MPDZ colocalizes with the serotonin receptor SR-2C, facilitating the clustering of this receptor at the cell surface.
