    SEE ALSO...

MOSPD1 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects MOSPD1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MOSPD1 antibody (G-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MOSPD1, or motile sperm domain-containing protein 1, is a 213 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein characterized by one motile sperm domain and exists in three alternatively spliced isoforms. MOSPD1 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in sperm motility and function, which are essential for successful fertilization and reproduction. MOSPD1 gene is located on the X chromosome at position Xq26.3, a region significant for sex determination and association with various genetic conditions. Understanding MOSPD1 function and interactions within the cellular environment can provide insights into reproductive health and potential therapeutic targets for related disorders.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514079 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
