    SEE ALSO...

MORF4L1 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MORF4L1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MORF4L1 antibody (E-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MORF4L1, also known as MRG15, plays a crucial role in transcription regulation, particularly through interactions with key proteins such as the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor (Rb) and PAM14, which are involved in cell cycle control and senescence. MORF4L1 associates with the histone acetyl transferase MOF, highlighting MORF4L1′s importance in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. MORF4L1 is primarily localized in the dendrites and nuclei of Purkinje cells, underscoring MORF4L1′s significance in neuronal function and development. A C-terminal leucine zipper in MORF4L1, along with interactions with other members of the mortality factor family, suggests a complex network of regulatory mechanisms that may influence cellular senescence and transcriptional repression.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with MORF4L1 (E-8): sc-514877?

    Asked by: AbPolly
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
