    SEE ALSO...

Morc3 Antibody (G-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Morc3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Morc3 (G-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The MORC family of proteins, which includes Morc3, consists of several members that play crucial roles in cellular processes; Morc3, also known as zinc finger CW-type coiled-coil domain protein 3 (ZCWCC3), is a 939 amino acid protein that is ubiquitously expressed in human cell lines and is localized to the nuclear matrix. This localization enables Morc3 to interact with key nuclear proteins, including p53 and SP-100, facilitating their recruitment to promyelocytic leukemia nuclear bodies. The interaction of Morc3 with these proteins is essential for the regulation of p53 activation, which is critical for maintaining genomic stability and responding to cellular stress. Anti-Morc3 antibody (G-12) enables researchers to explore the intricate roles of Morc3 in cellular signaling and its implications in various biological processes.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514672 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
