MMP-7 Antibody (JL07) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects MMP-7 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-MMP-7 antibody (JL07) is available in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile applications in research. MMP-7, also known as Pump-1, matrilysin, or uterine metalloproteinase, plays a crucial role in the degradation of extracellular matrix components, including collagen, gelatin, fibronectin, laminin, and proteoglycan, which is vital for tissue remodeling and repair processes.
