    MLK4 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MLK4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MLK4 (E-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MLK4 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in neuronal cells, where MLK4 is involved in mediating stress responses and apoptosis. MLK4 structure features two leucine zipper-like motifs that facilitate protein dimerization, along with a kinase domain that shares similarities with both tyrosine-specific and serine/threonine-specific kinases. This structural configuration is essential for MLK4 function, as MLK4 interacts with other signaling molecules, such as Rac1/Cdc42 and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways, which are vital for regulating cell survival and death. MLK4′s ability to integrate signals from various pathways underscores MLK4′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress, making MLK4 a significant target for research in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer.
