    SEE ALSO...

MIP-T3 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects MIP-T3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MIP-T3 (F-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MIP-T3 protein plays a crucial role in regulating the cytoskeletal network by interacting with tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily members and their downstream signaling pathways. Specifically, MIP-T3 binds to taxol-stabilized microtubules and tubulin, facilitating the recruitment of TNFR-associated factor 3 (TRAF3) to microtubules when both proteins are overexpressed. This interaction is mediated by the coiled-coil TRAF-N domain of TRAF3, which is essential for downstream signaling. The ability of MIP-T3 to sequester TRAF3 to the cytoskeletal network may provide a novel mechanism for regulating cellular responses such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, highlighting MIP-T3′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and response to external stimuli.
