    SEE ALSO...

MIER2 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MIER2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MIER2 antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MIER2, or mesoderm induction early response 1, family member 2, is a 545 amino acid protein encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19p13.3, which is notable for its high gene density and diverse array of important genes, including those linked to various diseases. MIER2 plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during early embryonic development and is involved in mesodermal differentiation, making MIER2 essential for proper tissue formation and organogenesis. Understanding MIER2 function is vital, as dysregulation can lead to developmental disorders and contribute to various pathologies. MIER2 presence in specific cellular compartments, such as the nucleus, further underscores MIER2′s importance in transcriptional regulation and cellular signaling pathways. Using MIER2 (A-7) monoclonal antibody in your research can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of development and disease associated with this critical protein.
