MHC class II Antibody (IBL-5/22) is a rat monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects MHC class II of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-MHC class II antibody (IBL-5/22) is available as the non-conjugated form. Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules play a crucial role in the immune response by presenting processed exogenous antigens to CD4+ T lymphocytes, which are essential for orchestrating adaptive immunity.
