METTL6 Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects METTL6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). METTL6 (F-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. METTL6, also known as methyltransferase-like protein 6, is a 255 amino acid enzyme that plays a crucial role in RNA methylation, which is essential for regulating gene expression and maintaining RNA stability. METTL6 is involved in the modification of mRNA, influencing processes such as splicing, translation, and decay, thereby impacting cellular function and response to environmental stimuli.
