Melan-A Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a light chain antibody that detects Melan-A in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Melan-A, also known as MART-1, is a crucial melanocyte differentiation antigen predominantly expressed in melanomas, melanocyte cell lines, and retinal tissues.
