MEK kinase-4 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects MEK kinase-4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MEK kinase-4 antibody (E-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MEK kinase-4 plays a crucial role in mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathways, which are essential for cellular responses to growth factors and other extracellular signals.
