Mast Cell Tryptase Antibody (AA1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Mast Cell Tryptase in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-Mast Cell Tryptase antibody (AA1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Mast cells, which are derived from blood-forming tissues, play a crucial role in mediating inflammatory and immune responses by secreting various substances. Mast Cell Tryptase is a member of the tryptase family, which consists of serine proteases that are enzymatically active as heparin-stabilized tetramers. These enzymes are primarily expressed in mast cells and are involved in several physiological processes, including the generation of vasoactive peptides and the degradation of the extracellular matrix. The human tryptase genes, located on chromosome 16p13.3, include four functional genes: α I, β I, β II, and γ I, with β tryptases being the predominant isoenzymes in mast cells. Understanding the structure and function of Mast Cell Tryptase is essential, as this protein not only contributes to the regulation of immune responses but also plays a significant role in various pathological conditions, including allergies and asthma. Using Mast Cell Tryptase (AA1) monoclonal antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into mast cell biology and the underlying mechanisms of related diseases.
