SEE ALSO...

Macrophage Subset Antibody (HIS36) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Macrophage Subset in mouse and rat tissues through immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Macrophage Subset (HIS36) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Macrophage Subset protein is crucial for immune response, as expression occurs on tissue macrophages and thioglycollate-elicited peritoneal exudate cells, playing a significant role in the innate immune system. These macrophages are essential for recognizing and engulfing pathogens, as targeting occurs for a wide range of bacterial invaders without prior exposure, thus acting as a first line of defense. The ability of macrophages to differentiate from circulating monocytes into tissue-resident cells allows adaptation to various microenvironments, enhancing phagocytic capabilities and promoting tissue homeostasis. Anti-Macrophage Subset antibody (HIS36) enables researchers to effectively study macrophage population dynamics in different tissues and responses to various stimuli, contributing to a deeper understanding of immune regulation and potential therapeutic targets in inflammatory diseases.

How can Macrophage Subset (HIS36): sc-19612 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

Asked by: AbPolly
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-19612 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-19612 FITC).
